We just made history at the Fashion Finest Epic show. Under the visionary leadership of our Creative Director, Adeyinka Aderemi Tiamiyu, URBANFIT AFRICA didn’t just unveil a new collection—we completely disrupted the runway.
Our latest release, Ezenwa: The Child King, is a youthful, high-energy display of the African urban child. Known for fusing high-end urban designs with local fabrics, we took our signature style to the next level by merging the worlds of luxury streetwear and competitive sports.
Bringing Boxing to the Runway
At URBANFIT AFRICA, we have always been a brand that supports athletes and produces premium sports gear. This time, our Creative Director, Adeyinka Aderemi Tiamiyu, brought that passion to life by introducing live sports directly to the catwalk.
To anchor the exhibition, we collaborated with professional boxers Tiamiyu Hassan (aka Thiago) and Qoyum Kazeem. Their powerful presence on the runway perfectly embodied the strength, resilience, and unapologetic attitude of the Ezenwa collection.

The Ezenwa collection is a vibrant fusion of tradition and modern streetwear. We artfully blended rich, authentic African textures with effortless contemporary staples:

True style is all in the details. To complete the urban aesthetic, we featured Craft by Merit, an incredible emerging brand that designed the custom bag accessories for the show. This collaboration highlighted the power of community and collective growth within African fashion.
